A TAVISTOCK College student has impressed a business owner enough to secure herself a dream job with a new West Devon graphic design company.

Lily Stansbury, 15 and currently studying for her GCSEs, has always shown a keen interest in graphic design, excelling in her studies of graphic products GCSE and producing some exceptional work.

Her work impressed the founder of graphic design company Inthetreehouse.co.uk who offered her a weekend job opportunity.

Lily's talents were first noticed when founder and designer Jenny Keegan visited her class and demonstrated her new range of wedding stationary.

Lily will be developing her already impressive design and Photoshop skills while working closely with Jenny.

Jenny said: 'Having Lily to support my growing business will be great and I'm so happy to be able to give her the opportunity.

Lily said: 'I'm very excited to be given this amazing opportunity. It's a new experience for both Jenny and me. I'm thoroughly looking forward to progressing, developing myself as a designer and learning about the real world of work.'
