CHILDREN from St Peter's Junior School enjoyed a short but colourful concert last Friday when Tavistock wind band 'Blowzone' visited the school. The band has been visiting Tavistock primary schools during the last fortnight — giving demonstrations to illustrate the different instruments the band play, and promoting their 'Peter and the Wolf' family concert next Saturday (March 31). There will be two performances at Tavistock College that day — a free family concert from 11am to noon and the evening concert at 7pm. Tickets for the evening concert are on sale now from Tavistock College for £5 per adult.
