The ASA South West Region Youth Championships took place at Millfield, Somerset where Kelly College had 19 swimmers taking part.
Thirty personal best times were set, 10 gold medals, seven silver and nine bronze medals.
Gold medalists for Kelly College were Cameron Brodie, Ellen Keane, Michael Jones and the 4 x 200m freestyle relay team for girls. Silver medalists were Matthew Courtis, George Humphrey, Molly Redford, Charlie Bayliss and Ellen Keane. Bronze medalists were Nadia Edling, Matthew Henry, George Humphrey, Blaine Small, Molly Redford, Cameron Brodie and the boys 4 x 200m and 4 x 100m freestyle teams.
The girls 4 x 200m freestyle team who took gold were Nadia Edling, Blaine Small, Molly Redford and Lucy Sanderson, whilst the boys 4 x 200m freestyle team of Elliot Boon, Cameron Brodie, Charlie Bayliss and Lawrence Oxborough came third, a feat they repeated in the 4 x 100m freestyle team where Joe Voller replaced Charlie Bayliss.

West Devon drivers urged to report animal collisions after casualty risePersonal Best times were achieved by Charlie Bayliss, Elliot Boon, Victoria Callow, Naomi Copperwait, Felix Davies, Matthew Henry, Michael Jones, Ellen Keane, Molly Redford, Lucy Sanderson, Joe Voller and Erin Walsh. The Kelly College age group records broken were two by Erin Walsh (14) in the 100m and 200m backstroke, two by Cameron Brodie (18) in the 200m and 400m Individual Medley and one by Molly Redford (14) in the 50m backstroke.
n KELLY College swimmers raced off to a great start in this year's Cornwall and West Devon League last Saturday at Truro.
The Kelly swimmers swam to the best of their ability to record 37 wins from the 51 races to help the team to first with 241 points - beatiing City of Truro, 169, Devonport Royal 142, Torquay Leander 110 and St Austell Sharks 93.
The Cornwall and West Devon League consists of three rounds of competition, this year during May and June, with the top clubs competing against each other for the trophy in the final round.
The next round, is on Saturdaym May 21, where Kelly will take on Bodmin Dragons, Kingsbridge Kingfishers, Launceston and Torquay Leander.
n TOM Brew won six medals and broke five Kelly College age group records when competing at the City of Newport open meet in Wales. He was of six Kelly swimmers who performed outstandingly and left with a collection of medals and personal bests.
32 personal best times were achieved by swimmers from Kelly and 12 medals won.
Tom Brew, aged 10, had success in the 100m and 400m freestyle, 100m backstroke, 100m breaststroke and the 100m butterfly.
Medalists for Kelly were Tom Brew, Georgia Jones (12), Nathan Linden (10), Will Luckham-Down (12). Personal best times were achieved by Tom, Georgia, Nathan, Will, Millie Murdoch (12) and Dan Gillard (13).
