SHARON Daw has seen a busy September, coming third lady at Treggy 7 and first in age category. She finished age group winner and second overall in the Cornish Grand Prix. In the Fowey Triathlon, known as one of the toughest Tris, she came fourth lady and first over 40. She recorded the fastest run time, over eight very hilly miles, after a 600 metre estuary swim and 18 mile demanding bike ride. Sharon came fifth, and second over 40, in the Newton Abbot all ladies 10k. The final race of the month was the eight mile run at Newnham Park, which saw Sharon come third lady overall, over a tough cross country course and four river crossings. She was running in aid of St Luke?s Hospice.
