DONATIONS are still being sought for an auction of promises at Hatherleigh Primary School on October 1.

The silent auction will start at 7pm with promises as diverse as family tickets to local attractions, babysitting services and a dog hamper.

The money raised will be used to fund additional items for the school that are not covered by the school budget. The last auction of promises was held four years ago and raised £3,000. Anyone who would like to donate a promise should contact Hatherleigh Primary School on 01837 810248.
