A night in the wilds of Dartmoor, 30 miles of rough terrain and one big, green ShelterBox will be facing participants of a charity's annual fundraising challenge this month.
International disaster relief charity ShelterBox is calling on adventurers from all walks of life to go the extra mile and enter the fifth annual ShelterBox Dartmoor Challenge over the weekend of September 11 and 12.
Teams of four are challenged to carry a ShelterBox, packed with survival equipment weighing approximately 40kg, across 30 miles of Dartmoor National Park in a tough two-day hike.
Laura Jepson, ShelterBox fundraising officer, said: 'The team have been hard at work to make it bigger and better than last year.

'There are still spaces available to take part and if you'd like any more information do get in touch.'
Organisers are hoping to top the £40,000 raised during last year's event. The event is free to enter but teams are asked to fundraise a minimum of £1,000.
So far, 35 teams have registered to take part but last-minute spaces are still available for people looking for a challenging weekend adventure and the chance to raise money for the south west-based charity.
