MOUNT House netball teams shared the honours in their matches against Kelly College, winning both U13 games, but losing at U12 level. In their two matches against Queen's School Taunton, they won one and lost one. The U13A match against Kelly was a hard fought game, with both defences keeping scoring chances down to a minimum. Mount House secured a good 9-3 victory in their final match of an excellent season, with Mary Lennox-Boyd making an outstanding contribution in her debut for the A team. The U13 B team overwhelmed their opponents to score a 31-3 win, with Michelle Pearn and Freya Semken dominating much of the play. It was a really impressive team performance with a spectacular goal from Hattie MacEacharn. The U12 match resulted in a deserved win for the Kelly girls by 26-4, against a Mount House team who seemed jaded after a very busy two weeks of netball. Against Queen's School Taunton the lead changed hands several times in a closely contested U11 A match. The Mount House girls played well but they were eventually outpaced by some excellent centre court play by the Queen's girls, who ran out winners by 12 -8. In a really enjoyable game to watch, Issy Norris was outstanding for Mount House, leading the team by example. The Under 11B team started off their match very strongly, and after establishing an early lead were never overhauled, and secured a 10-5 victory over Queen's.
