THE ladies of Yelverton Golf Club beat Woodbury ladies in a Creasy match by four and a half to two and a half but lost the next day to Crediton by 6-1.

In the ladies Stableford/Easlick Salver the division one winner was Marie Deeny with 35 points, second Caroline Theyer on 34; in division two the winner was Teresa Holt on 36pts with the runner-up Verna Isaac on 35. The winner of the Phyllis Easlick Salver is Teresa Holt.
