BERE played with commitment and passion for the first time for weeks, and completely controlled the game.
Westlake scored from a 30-yard scorcher. St Merryn equalised when a harmless centre was headed home by a Bere defender.
Bere stormed back and Hawkins scored with a brilliant header.
St Merryn?s keeper was playing Bere by himself as Aggiss and Westlake peppered his goal.
The second half was all one-way as the Saints?s keeper kept Bere at bay and wayward finishing kept the score down.
Hann headed home a Westlake centre and Brooks scored another cracker from 15 yards.

BERE cruised through the first half with goals from Sharrock, Vanstone (2), Westlake and Aggiss.
The second half was different as St Ann?s went at Bere and had them backpedalling for 45 minutes.
Only good goalkeeping and wayward finishing saved Bere?s blushes.
Against the run of pay Hawkins scored two cracking goals and Ebanks went on a run from the half-way line and took a one-two to slot home.
Behenna scored both Chapel goals.
