A SERVICE in Hatherleigh designed to help those with memory problems will relocate this week.

The memory café for those with short-term memory loss or dementia type problems has been based at the Hatherleigh Care Village, but as of February 7, the monthly meetings will take place in Hatherleigh Community Centre.

The café supports people with dementia or memory problems and their family and carers, provides peer support, information and opportunities to take part in various activities.

The meetings are informal, and a chance to socialise among friends.

The memory café meets from 2pm to 4pm on the first Tuesday of each month.
