KEITH Bowles, a member of Tavistock Athletic Club, is running the London Marathon on April 22 in aid of the Triangle Centre, based at Tavistock Clinic. This provides support, advice and complementary treatment for cancer sufferers and their families and is funded by St Luke's Hospice, Macmillan Nurses and Derriford Hospital. Keith said: 'It is open every Friday and is a great resource.' For Keith, 61, this will be his fifth London, but one of his hardest, as his training has been curtailed by injury. 'I should be fit enough to get round, which is the object of the exercise, but I am not looking for a good time. I am very grateful for the support of many club members, especially Trevor Williams, who has kept my training on track,' he added.
