WEST Devon Connect, the borough council's drop-in service, will be out and about in June bringing public services, charities and not-for-profit organisations to local communities.

The service aims to make it easier for residents to talk to advisors from organisations such as LINk, Devon's voice for health and social care and the Royal National Institute for the Deaf.

Representatives from Devon Wheels 2 Work will also attend some sessions. Devon Wheels 2 Work is a not-for-profit company offering long term motorcycle and moped loans to enable people to access employment, training and social opportunities.

Everyone is welcome and a customer services advisor from West Devon Council will be on hand to answer questions about public services.

The Connect dates are: June 3 Burrow Café, Exbourne 10am-noon with LINk Devon and West Devon Borough Council waste and recycling advisors. June 7 Hatherleigh Market 9.30am–noon with Devon Wheels 2 Work and RNID. June 9 Belstone Village Hall 10am–noon with LINk Devon, RNID and West Devon Borough Council waste and recycling advisors.
