A YOUNGSTER from Tavistock's Mount House school has become prep school national squash champion.
Lottie Fulton is 10, but during the Easter holidays she beat girls up to three years older to take the championship — without conceding a set during the entire competition.
In the final she beat the home school's top player Gemma Rix 3-0. She was presented with her trophy by former England team captain Chris Williams.
'Lottie is an outstanding athlete who has represented Mount House at every possible sport, including rugby, at which she is a wonderful fly-half,' said deputy head John Symons. 'We are looking forward to her defending this particular title for the next three years.'
