I HAVE been given a box of photographs (around 1,000 in all) which were recently found in a cupboard bought at auction. 

The seller tells me that it was a house clearance in Arley, North Warwickshire. I have been through these as I think that the owner may want them back, they appear to be a whole family archive ranging from around 1911 to 2008.

Having made some investigations here in the Midlands, I understand that the family now live in Yelverton.  The people I would like to locate are David Edmund Hancock and his wife Joy, who lived in Arley in the 1990s. They have two children, Thomas and Rosemary, who I understand are also in Yelverton with their parents.

The photographs appear to be from David's family as there are many of his mother Pauline as a child.

I would like to reunite the photos with the family. If anyone knows the Hancock family in Yelverton, can they please contact me by telephone or letter.
