THE annual inter-set swimming gala at Mount House School saw many superb performances, as the girls and boys competed for individual as well as team awards.
The highlight of the event was the girls' U12 one length freestyle. In an exceptional swim, Lizzie Fearnley shattered the previous record of 14.03 seconds, setting a new school best time of 12.84 seconds.
In addition to this freestyle win, Lizzie also won the open butterfly race.
The coveted Dolphin relay was won by the Hawks team, and the Kangs were victorious overall.
Prizes were presented by Dr Sarah Robbins, mother of this year's head girl Gemma Robbins.
