I WONDERED if I could take the opportunity to mention that the ?Living Well? course is coming to Exeter.
This self-management course - part of a project co-ordinated by the National Society for Epilepsy (NSE) - is for people with any long-term condition such as epilepsy, MS, arthritis and diabetes and aims to help people deal with the day-to-day challenges of their condition and live life to the full.
The course is a great opportunity for people to meet others who may be in similar situations and to discuss experiences and coping strategies in a relaxed and supportive environment.
There are still places on the Living Well course, which will run in central Exeter every Monday morning from October 11 until November 15. To find out more, or to reserve a place, people should contact me on 01494 601 387 or e-mail catherine.wilson@

Many thanks for your help in spreading the word.
