LACE up your trainers and sign up for this year's Peter Tavy Plod and Fun Run next month.

This year celebrates the tenth anniversary of the plod, which is on Bank Holiday Monday, August 26 at 3pm.

It covers five miles over moorland tracks and woodland trails. Younger competitors can take part in the 1.5-mile fun run.

The event is open to all runners, with trophies in various categories.
