THE new Devon Air Ambulance paid a flying visit to Tavistock last Friday.

The new aircraft landed in the Meadows, where members of the public were able to take a peek inside and meet the crew.

The new £4.5 million helicopter, which will be based at Umberleigh, goes into service on September 1.
