LAMERTON Pony Club members Emma Claire, representing Callington College, and Lara Hopkins, representing Kelly, had outstanding success at the Devon and Cornwall School championships sponsored by websouthwest.co.uk At the event, held at the Grange, Okehampton on Sunday, Emma, riding her pony, Kyla, and her partner won the junior team competition for Callington, with Kelly fourth. Kelly had their revenge when Lara, riding her pony, Purdie, narrowly beat Emma by a tenth of a second to take the individual trophy.
