IT has been another great year of GCSE results for Kelly College with more than 92% of pupils achieving at least five GCSEs at Grade A* to C.

The excellent results include Elizabeth Barnes achieving 9A*s and 2As and Amy Lloyd, who received 8A*s and 2As.

Other top results include: Toby Broadhead, 2A*s, 7As and 1B; Lauren Dawe, 7A*s, 2As and 1B; Georgia Donnelly, 8A*s, 1A and 1B; Elizabeth Duncan, 3A*s and 7As; Selina Kisby, 4A*s, 5As and 1B; Rosannah Morel, 1A* and 9As; Eleanor Partington, 7A*s and 2As; Daisy Waggett, 7A*s and 3As; Sophie Whitfield, 8A*s, 1A and 1B.

Headmaster Dr Graham Hawley said: 'I am delighted for our pupils — they have worked very hard and they have earned these results.

'Our team of teachers will be very pleased that all their pupils have been rewarded with these grades — a huge achievement for a college that does not have an academically selective entry policy.'
