OKEHAMPTON Junior hockey players played a mini tournament on Friday night against junior players from Launceston.

The teams consisted of U12 and U14 players and each team played two games.

The games which were all keenly contested entertained the spectators, and organisers say that tournament was so successful that hopefully something similar can be repeated at a later stage in the season.

Okehampton HC run junior hockey coaching sessions on Saturday mornings from 10 until 11 am for 11 to 16 year old boys and girls.
