WHEN, oh when, will someone do something about the letting off of fireworks 'out of season'?
I live in an area where there are many dogs and cats and, I expect, a lot of other pets. The fireworks began on October 30, without warning. Our pets were absolutely petrified by the deafening bangs. I heard dogs barking all over the place.
I'm not a killjoy by any means, but surely there is a place, not far away, where no one would be disturbed. Perhaps the culprits should join the Army if they like big bangs.
