A DAILY bus service between Tavistock and Paignton is on the road once more this summer, supported by Devon County Council and Dartmoor National Park Authority.
The 172 service will run throughout the school summer holidays until August 28. The service starts at Totnes, travels to Paignton and then to Tavistock via Bovey Tracey, Widecombe, the River Dart Country Park, and Princetown.
The first bus of the day arrives in Tavistock at 11.17am and returns from Tavistock at 3.30pm. An adult day return from Paignton to Tavistock costs £5.70.
Details of the service can be found in the free DevonBus publication available at libraries, post offices and tourist information centres, by calling 01392 382800 or by going to http://www.devon.gov.uk/devonbus">www.devon.gov.uk/devonbus
