FOR the third consecutive year, a representation from the Jujitsu Tavistock club travelled to Italy for the international jujitsu summer camp, joining a large number of martial artists from Poland, the Czech Republic and, obviously, Italy.

Umberto Bergonzini, the club instructor, said: 'It was a fantastic week, filled with lots of hard training but at the same time with lots of fun.

'We all learnt a lot from the guest instructors, some of the best in the world.

'It was also good to share training tips and experiences with so many practitioners from different countries. All in all a wonderful experience and we are already looking forward to next year's camp.'
