A DINNER to celebrate 'Women's Enterprise Day' in West Devon will be held at Brown's Hotel in Tavistock next Wednesday (November 18).

The Business Support Network South West (BSN) is celebrating the day with the Tavistock group of business people in the area and Callington Business Connections.

The day, which is predominantly about inspiring more women to unleash their talents and turn their ideas into reality, is part of Enterprise Week, a national campaign fostering a culture of enterprise and entrepreneurship among young people in the UK.

Kath Tatlock, director of Business Support Network, said: 'Following the launch of a networking group in Tavistock it has been a successful year where local business people have come together and been willing to give their time in sharing knowledge and experiences during the difficult economic times.

'The evening

will celebrate entrepreneurship with an invitation to the Callington Business Connections group.

'In supporting the charity Sparks Children's Medical Research, we have some really amazing prizes for a raffle. The evening is being hosted by local business, Deborah Morris, HR consultant and we would like others to join us.'

The BSN Women's Enterprise Day will be held at Brown's Hotel from 6.15pm for a 7pm start.
