I HAVE been overwhelmed by complaints from people affected by the cuts in bus services between Okehampton and Exeter. The main demands are to restore: l the 9.15am from Okehampton to Exeter; l the 5.15pm and 6.30pm and the 7.30pm from Exeter to Okehampton for commuters. What affects the good people of Okehampton also affects me. It is a great pity that money matters more than service in our times. I request everyone to put pen to paper and write to the bus companies, the local authorities and all concerned right away to get the services back. I am doing my bit but I cannot storm the Bastille on my own. So get weaving. Let?s be having you.
