HUNTING will resume in West Devon over the festive season, following the granting of a licence by DEFRA.
Spooners and West Dartmoor Foxhounds will hold their Boxing Day morning hunt as usual, meeting in Tavistock's Bedford Square.
l A sponsored ride from Land's End to the Royal Cornwall Show Ground by members of Lamerton Foxhounds raised £1,525.61 for the Green Wellie Fund.
The ride, organised by chairman Michael Bickell, took place in the autumn and the Lamerton Foxhounds won the Town and Country Challenge, sponsored by the Royal Cornwall Show and Town and Country Supplies. Mr Bickell thanked everyone for their support.
