How firm could win the town’s good wishes

SO, once again the question of the Old Folk's Rest Room has reared its ugly head.

Wouldn't it be a magnanimous gesture on behalf of Hunstrete Estate, if they donated the rest room (and its upkeep) to the yown, for the benefit of senior citizens, locals and visitors alike?

Wouldn't they be magnificently rewarded with the good wishes of the town by so doing?

What a great asset that would be and what a great accolade it could be for Hunstrete Estates.
