How do you manage without a car?

I WAS interested in the published letter by Ms Cooper in your November 14 edition.

When we need to go to Derriford Hospital we prefer to take the bus because it is easier than taking a car. It was easier!

Now, for much of the day a bus only goes from Tavistock to Derriford Hospital once every two hours. Unless you are very lucky, to attend hospital using a bus will take you a large part of the day. We took the car but how do those without a car manage?

The strange thing is I have seen no comment by councillors on this change.

I would have thought that they should be working hand on behalf of their constituents to reverse this change.
