A JAZZ band added to the party atmosphere at the official opening of Tavistock's new homes development — Bedford Court. The contemporarily designed building has now been completed and residents have started to move into the court's 18 units, ranging from a one bedded apartment, to the three penthouses. The development is being managed by Ward and Chowen which is selling the remaining apartments.
