A NEW way of letting council and housing association homes in Devon, called Devon Home Choice, has been introduced.

From now, council and housing association homes available for rent will be advertised on the internet, in newsletters, and on digital TV.

People on the housing register will be able to bid for up to three homes each week that meet their needs.

Devon Home Choice will cover all of Devon. It will provide choice for people seeking housing and the ability to move within Devon, for example for job relocation.
