OKEHAMPTON got off to a positive and creative start which was soon rewarded by Chris Holland scoring from a corner.
They continued to dominate until conceding two soft goals in quick succession which lifted Crediton and saw them go on to achieve a 5-1 lead.
Carl Poynton led an impressive comeback by scoring two in five minutes with help from Lawrence Waldron.
Wayne Atherton scored a superb goal after running the ball from halfway, but Crediton scored again to put a draw beyond reach.
