THE picture in last week's Times of Lt Col Tony Clark and Col Charlie Pyman might be of interest to some of your readers.
They were stood in front of the Denbury Cross. This granite cross was removed from Denbury Camp, Newton Abbot, in 1971, the home of the Junior Leaders' Regiment Royal Corps of Signals from 1955 until 1967, the original Ten Tors venue.
It was presented to the regiment by the people of Bovey Tracey to commerate their assistance on their 700th charter anniversary.
