AN exhibition showcasing the Tamar Valley AONB Calstock Heritage Project continues its tour of the area with a weekend at Stoke Climsland next month.

The 'Uncovering the Past' exhibition ran from November 2010 until December 2012 and was made possible following a successful £35,000 grant bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund.

The people of Calstock parish were able to explore the history of their parish in depth, uncovering fascinating facts and stories through free training and events.

The exhibition will be open on October 12 and 13 from 10am until 5pm at the Old School, Stoke Climsland. Entrance is free. On the Saturday, refreshments will be available and additionally AONB project officer Sam Barnes will give a short talk at 2.30pm.
