AFTER reading news stories regarding the struggle some families are having since the closure of businesses in Okehampton, the children and families of Bridestowe Primary School produced a selection of food for the Okehampton Foodbank.

Friends of Bridestowe School (FoBS) are working trying to raise money to improve the playground. A fun run is being held on Friday, May 13 at the school for primary age children in the area to compete in. For further details contact Sam Wharton 01837 861277.
