BERE showed plenty of commitment after blowing the league championship.
They shone against a Callington side who had won another cup final recently.
A stunning free kick by Steve Daymond hit the underside of the crossbar and went in.
Bere defended well with Ian Crabb and Mark Wheeler outstanding.
Another goal brought Callington level.
Bere?s response was good football and a combination of Steve Daymond and Richard Searle left Rob Hawkins to rifle home.
The second half was more tactical and both teams probed for openings with both keepers on top form.
