TWO teams from Hatherleigh Primary School enjoyed great success in the Rotary Club of Okehampton?s quiz last Wednesday night. They competed against teams from Northlew, North Tawton and Exbourne Schools. The first team of Henry Cooper, Alex Doidge, Natalie Jones and Alice Meardon came first and the second team of James Bartle, Alison Grindley, Margaret King and Joshua Moore came second. The winning team will go through to the final to be held at Okehampton College and the second team awaits the results of further heats to discover whether they will also be in the running. The quiz tested the youngsters on their maths, English, Science, history, geography and general knowledge.
