Tavistock 6 Plymouth Civil Service 1 TAVISTOCK carried on where they left off last week with another thumping victory at Langsford Park. Matt Bolton started things rolling with a fine solo goal, beating three players before calmly slotting the ball past the keeper. With unavailability of players and first team call-ups Tavistock were a bit patchy at times, but they still controlled most of the first period without extending their lead. The second half started brighter for Tavistock. A through ball found Hamilton 18 yards out, who shot low into the bottom corner. Within minutes Bolton sealed things with a great finish, chipping the keeper from 25 yards. Tavistock were now more relaxed and played some good football. It was not long before it was four, again with the keeper in no man?s land. Hamilton grabbed his second, chipping the keeper from 20 yards. With a fine strike he made it five minutes later. Number six was not long coming with Bolton grabbing his hat-trick, again with the keeper way off his line. However, a mistake at the back late on allowed the visitors a consolation goal. Another good win for Tavistock. Tavistock entertain league leaders Plymouth Rangers this weekend with a 2.15pm kick-off.
