ANYONE under the misapprehension they have a say in the railway being built needs to try to walk the line the canal side of Callington Road.
The last year, thousands of pounds have been spent on fencing and now the trees have been chopped and scrub 'bulldozed' out, costing thousands more.
Who is paying for this unless a decision has already been made?
