PARKING at Whitchurch Community Hall is one of the items up for discussion at the management committee's annual meeting, being held on Saturday, November 19.

An update on the feasibility of having a parking area at the hall will be made at the meeting, and the committee would like to hear the views of as many residents and representatives of groups using the hall as possible.

The hall has had another good year, with the number of groups making use of its facilities rising steadily. It now offers a range of activities including pilates, yoga, and line dancing, as well as French conversation classes and art groups.

The hall also provides a base for the village scout group, St Andrew's Mother and Toddler Group and St Andrew's WI.

It is also available for hire for parties and social events.

The annual meeting starts at 2.30pm and is expected to last an hour.?All are welcome to attend, particularly people with views on the parking issues at the hall. For more information, call the bookings officer on 01822 617071.
