TWO youngsters from Tavistock have gone for the chop but it's all for a good cause!
Thirteen-year-old Abi Williams underwent a drastic change at the Cutting Company in Yelverton so she could donate her hair to the Little Princess Trust — a charity which makes wigs for young people who have lost their hair through treatment for cancer and other illnesses.
Abi decided to help the charity after her grandfather died from leukaemia. She wanted to help make wigs for young people who suffered from the same condition.
Seventeen-year-old Katelyn Dawe had 20cm cut off her hair for the same charity at Formerly Vaughans.
