A FORMER Tavistock College student recently celebrated with his family after graduating as a flying officer in the RAF.

Daniel Wheeler graduated from RAF Cranwell at the end of last month. The graduation parade was watched by proud parents Rob and Bev with their partners Jeanette and Tony.

Daniel attended Tavistock College before joining the RAF in 1998, achieving the rank of sergeant in the fire service before opting to become a commissioned officer.

Daniel lives in Lincoln with his wife Leanne and children Keavy and Oliver.
