AN exciting literary-inspired letterboxing trail around Belstone is the latest project by Aune Head Arts as part of Wordquest Devon.

The Dartmoor Storytrail is a circular route starting and finishing in Belstone with five letterboxes hidden along the way.

Each box holds a book containing a story in progress. Upon finding each box, participants are asked to add a sentence to the story.

This participatory 'build a story' activity allows chance encounters and collaboration, combining a variety of voices in the development of new Dartmoor stories.

The boxes will remain in place on the moor until the closing event on Saturday, September 24.
