CALLINGTON-based Ginsters is celebrating its success after winning 15 product class awards at this year?s National Baking Exhibition. The National Baking Exhibition is open to Master Bakers and reflects the quality and skill of UK food manufacturers across a number of categories. Despite fierce competition from 700 entrants from across the UK, Ginsters collected 15 product class awards, including one for its flagship product, the Cornish pasty. The awards were presented to the Ginsters team at a ceremony at Cardiff. Graham Cornish, brand development manager at Ginsters, said he was ?absolutely delighted?. ?It is testament to the dedication and expertise of our skilled chefs who have continued to work hard over the past year to prepare superior quality savoury pastries.? Ginsters was also presented with awards in each of its key product categories, including sausage rolls, pork pies and savoury rolls.
