DUCHY Square Centre for Creativity at Princetown is cementing its position as an artistic and creative hub by launching a series of high profile networking events aimed at the creative sector.

Creative Connections is a new initiative at the centre, designed to connect those involved in the creative and artistic process across public, private and educational sectors.

The centre is keen to facilitate networking sessions in support of businesses and organisations from all creative disciplines. The first session will be held tomorrow (Friday) between 10am and noon.

Tracy Hill, SW regional manager for Integria, the creative consultancy that manages and operates the centre said Creative Connections would be an invaluable resource for anyone involved in art and creativity, in whatever capacity.

'It represents a golden opportunity to meet like-minded people, a chance to share ideas and good practice at the perfect venue — a high quality gallery and workspace promoting creative excellence and supporting those who deliver it,' she said.

Anyone wishing to find out more about the Creative Connections networking sessions is asked to contact Tracy Hill,  SW regional manager of Integria on 07947 348363.

She is keen to hear from anyone looking to promote their work, as well as from organisations within the creative sector, who may have opportunities on offer in support of artists and creative practitioners.
