ADVANCE tickets for this year?s Okehampton Show go on sale from today at Donald?s Menswear. This year?s show takes place on Thursday, August 10 with gates opening to the public at 9am. Motorised disability scooters will be available for hire this year from a stand close to the main pedestrian entrance. Entertainment includes the Jumping Jake Semtex Show, the hugely popular shearing competition, family dog show, terrier racing, the Cogs and Wheels Morris Dancers, the Passage School of Falconry and Fly Casting Demonstrations and much more besides. Advance tickets cost £6 per adult (£7 on showday) and £3 for children aged five to fourteen.
