AFTER an excellent tournament last year in which Dave Elson Love Machine in the men?s and Sue?s Okehampton in the womens emerged triumphant. Its that time of the year again when groups of friends, work colleagues and sports clubs can enter the Okehampton Sportsweek 2007 football five-a-side for seperate men?s and women?s team. This years event is on Sunday, July 15, starting at noon at Okehampton Community College sports field.Teams need to registerd by July 9 and the cost is £15 per team. This year?s event is sponsored by Stones Solicitors and as usual will also feature a wide range of activities for the whole family with children?s games, food, drinks, bar and also a free swim.
