ONCE again I would like to thank the generous people of Tavistock Parkinsons Support Group.

On June 29, the group had a stall at the TASS Charity Bonanza. I would like to thank TASS for organising the event, the people who donated goods to the stall and the people who bought what we had for sale. Thanks also to the volunteers who helped with the stall.

Thanks to those people who raised £180 and the members will benefit through an outing in the future.

YELVERTON and District Friends' Group would like to thank everyone who kindly contributed to the Children's Hospice South West street collection at Yelverton Forecourt on Saturday, June 22.

WE would like to thank everyone who donated money to the RNLI during our flag week.?The total raised was the very pleasing amount of £2,086.67: £581.59 in?Tavistock, £195.15 in?Yelverton, £1,086.06 at Morrisons and £223.87 in the Bere Peninsula.

Also, many thanks to the collectors and to Morrisons for allowing us to collect at their store.
