DELAWARE Community Learning Centre recently received a generous donation from Pearce's Service Station at Drakewalls, Gunnislake.

Staff and customers at the service station raised £1,500 for the centre from the Nisa Today 'Making a Difference Locally' community promotion scheme in store.

Customers buy specially labelled products, and three pence from the sale is put into a charity fund to be donated to the nominated cause.

Pearce's customers, by putting their spare change into collection boxes, have also raised more than £200.
