COMEDY and drama combine to entertain at Buckland Monachorum Drama Group's spring production from May 23 to 26. Entitled 'Two Funerals and a Comedy', the three one-act plays open with 'Rise and Shine', where Gabriel's horn summons residents of a local cemetery to judgment day. This is followed by 'The Late Miss Cordell', a Victorian drama with events following a funeral. The evening concludes with a modern comedy, 'Night Out', with a daughter planning a passionate night in while her parents are out. The production will be in the village hall.
